Sterling Diesel & Offroad - Shop Policy
You will receive documentation stating all items listed below to sign and approve PRIOR to leaving vehicle at SDP.
STERLING DIESEL & OFFROAD IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLES LEFT AT OUR FACILITY IN THE PARKING AREA.
We have cameras & security measures in place but that does not guarantee safety.
Invoice payments will be due upon vehicle completion
Vehicles must be paid for and picked up within 48 hours of the customer being notified of their completion. If vehicles are not picked up within this time frame a storage fee of $50.00 PER DAY will be assessed and added to the invoice for storage.
If storage fees are added, invoice AND storage fees are to be paid in full prior to leaving SDP.
Please Note* We completely understand that life happens, bills come up, trips have to be made. If this is the case, please advise us and let us know when we can expect you. If this is your case, you will not be charged extra because we have that communication and commitment from you!
